I am Dr. Victor Mannion. I teach English online to individuals and small groups. I was born in England and educated at Oxford University where I earned a Doctorate. I have been a tutor at both Oxford and Cambridge and professor at several Canadian universities. I have degrees in Philosophy and Anthropology and I have worked as a consultant in socio-economic development. I welcome your questions.
